I can relate to the message in this poem because now and days some guys only want you just to use you. You think they really want to love you and treat you the way your suppose to be treated but they don't. The first time you meet them they are sweet and kind to you, then they switch up and start being a different person. Then when you avoid, or as guys say it, "frunt," then they want to curse you out and try to degrate your dignity in front of everybody. "it is your juice
That runs down their legs. Staining their shoes," I feel that this statement in the way you read it, can be sexual, but i think that its deeper than that. I think she feels as if the girl gave her all and when the guy hurt her it effected him in a way.

To His Coy Mistress
"My vegetable love should grow
Vaster than empires, and more slow."
-the guy is exaggerating his love for the other lady.
"An hundred years should go to praise
Thine eyes, and on thy forehead gaze;
Two hundred to adore each breast,"
-He's exaggerating her beauty. he's saying that although time may past and years get older she will still be beautiful.
Vaster than empires, and more slow."

I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings
The mood of this poem is trapped because she writes how the birdie is trapped. I know this because in the poem she says, "his wings are clipped and his feet are tied so he opens his throat to sing."

Poetry Response: Bronx Masquerade
I think that Tyrone really does want to become someone in life he just thinks that school wont get him to become what he wants to be. Tyrone loves where he comes from but he just doesn't like what happens around him. His poetry reveals that he does care about somethings and he just want to live his life. The best word to describe how tyrone is feeling is confident. Because to him he doesn't need school he feels that he just need his friends and he just needs to live his life. The meaning of this poem is right there, LIVE YOUR LIFE because the time is tick-tocking.
I can connect with the poem because sometimes i boubt that i need school.

Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening
This poem create a very sad, depressing emotion. Frost uses a AABB rhyme scheme. He repeated the ending to show how tired he is and how much work he did although he didn't describe it. I can infer that he is weary. I know this because of the words he uses, about him sleeping. I can connect to this poem because like when im in school the day feels like i have to do a long day of work and i feel like i am tired.

Poetry Response: Changes
I can infer that He doesn't think that he belongs since hes black he lives in the ghetto hes hungry so he going to steal money for food since the cops see stealing a purse as a crime wen they.
One word to describe how Tupac is feeling is emotional. He feels as though now that he is growing up him and his friend are growing apart, like they have different perspectives on staying alive. The meaning of the poem is that it's hard to live as a black person because you have all these problems coming your way even if you did something to them years ago. And also he is trying to say that we do need change but we aren't ready for a black president to change us.
I can relate to this poem because growing up i didn't always have the best things and i didnt get most of my stuf legally(not that i commited any crimes)
